2 The inlet temperature of the cooling water Generally, the inlet temperature of the cooling water is 32 °C. It should be noted that the temperature should not be too low, generally should be above 20 °C to prevent the solution from crystallizing.
3 Cooling water outlet temperature Cooling water is usually used in series in the unit. After the absorber absorbs part of the heat, it flows through the condenser to remove the heat of condensation. The total temperature rise of the cooling water is 8 to 9 ° C, and the intermediate temperature is determined by the load ratio of the absorber to the condenser (about 1.4: 1.1).
4 The heat source parameters generally stipulate that the single-effect lithium bromide absorption chiller has a steam pressure of 0.1 MPa (gauge pressure) when steam is used as a heat source, and a steam pressure of 0.25 to 0 when the double-effect lithium bromide absorption refrigeration unit uses steam as a heat source. 80MPa (gauge pressure).
5 Condensation temperature When the lithium bromide absorption refrigeration unit is operated, its condensation temperature is generally 3 to 5 °C higher than the cooling water outlet temperature. Generally, the initial temperature of the cooling water is 32 ° C, the temperature rise is 8 to 9 ° C, the cooling water outlet temperature is 40 to 41 ° C, and the condensation temperature is generally 45 to 46 ° C.
6 Evaporation temperature When the lithium bromide absorption refrigeration unit is operated, its evaporation temperature is usually 2 to 5 °C lower than the temperature of the refrigerant water outlet.
7 The lowest temperature of the solution in the absorber When the lithium bromide absorption refrigeration unit is operated, the minimum temperature of the solution in the absorber should be 3 to 8 °C higher than the temperature of the cooling water of the absorber (ie, the intermediate temperature of the cooling water).
8 The maximum temperature of the solution in the generator When the lithium bromide absorption refrigeration unit is operating, the maximum temperature of the solution in the generator should be 10 to 40 ° C lower than the temperature of the heat medium (steam).
9 The difference in concentration of lithium bromide concentrated solution and dilute solution Generally, the concentration difference is 4% to 5%, that is, the concentration of the common dilute solution is 56% to 60%, and the concentration of the concentrated solution is 60% to 64%.
10 Circulating amount of solution The circulating amount of the solution is suitable for flooding the heat transfer tube with the solution in the high and low pressure generator, and the liquid level in other parts is preferably in the middle of the flow meter.
